Helping Hands Women's Organization is a non-profit organization that services Greenwood, SC and the Lakelands region. We provide custom fit bras, inserts, wigs and head coverings, free of charge, to women without health insurance who have had lumpectomies, mastectomies, chemotherapy, radiation, alopecia and other qualifying medical conditions. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of women who are going through a medical challenge.
